StopForge provides managed email authentication services. This page explains how we handle information submitted through this site.

What we collect

When you request a free exposure scan, we collect the domain, email address, and (optionally) name you provide. The exposure scan itself reads only publicly available DNS records for the domain you submit — it makes no changes to your mail and does not access any private systems.

How we use it

We use your details solely to prepare and deliver your exposure report and to follow up with you about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the assessment and respond to your inquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
